Here Are The Steps

1) Search our Apartment Database or Broker Assistance

Simply search our extensive database of over 3,400 DFW apartments. There are 8 ways to search and multiple criteria options to choose from. You can view pricing, specials, pictures, floor plans, amenities, and mapping or call to get assistance from an experienced broker at 214-432-4168.

2) Tell us What Properties You Will Visit and Go Tour

After you have done your research, it is time to visit the DFW  apartments that you are interested in. Call or email your broker with the names of communities you plan to tour. Some properties require your referring broker to register you before your first visit to ensure credit as your locator. When you first arrive tell them Tracy Powell with UMoveFree Apartment Locators sent you. Have the leasing agent or yourself write UMoveFree Apartment Locators and Tracy Powell on your guest card at each community that requires a guest card.

3) List UMovefree Apartment Locators on the Application

After choosing the apartment community you want to lease at you will be submitting an application. In the referral section list UMoveFree Apartment Locators and Tracy Powell. Call or email your broker at 214-432-4168 to report a submitted application and your lease information.

4) Schedule Your Free Move, Move Credit, or Claim a Cash Rebate Check!

You will receive a phone call from the broker with your confirmation number when the paperwork is complete with the property. Use your confirmation number to schedule a move request or claim a cash rebate check on the website. If scheduling a move you will then read over the information, disclaimer, and what we move. Fill in the required moving details and when complete, submit. You will then call our move coordinator, at the number provided, to confirm your move date and window time frame. If you elect the cash rebate check then confirm the mailing address and submit. Rebates are generally mailed sixty to one hundred and twenty days after move in, depending on your properties invoice processing time.
